Our normal production lead time is 45-60 days after the order samples is confirmed. But the customer only gave us 30 days for delivery. So we contacted the manager to urgently arrange the production schedule. One hour later, the factory replied to confirm that it could be shipped.

 

We signed a contract immediately at the exhibition, and we placed the order for the factory to make mass production. At the Canton Fair booth, the customer chose several of our new comfortable shoes and needed to develop samples for sampling, but the customer required a week to get the development to ensure that their shoes were on the market So

Complexity of packaging
In the process of confirming the order, we found that since the customer is a famous shoe retailer in the UK, the requirements for the outer packaging are extremely high, such as the ingredient label must be glued on the sole, each shoe must be hung with a trademarked tag and price tag, and there are also suppliers designated by the customer for the outer box, outer box suppliers.
Difficulty 3.
Strict inspection of goods
The customer's strict QC team, the customer's domestic suppliers are all over the world, so they have a strict inspection schedule, inspection requirements are also very high.

1. We contacted our development and design department during the Canton Fair to make samples immediately. After the Canton Fair, we communicated with the customer in time and ensured that the sample shoes were provided within such a short period of time.
2. We consumed relatively large amount of energy and time. After the final shipment came out, the customer was very satisfied with the packaging of our products.
3. Our production department cooperated extremely with QC's inspection, placed the big goods according to the customer's requirements, extracted the number of pieces for inspection, and completed the inspection very efficiently to ensure the customer's shipping time.
We facilitated the order immediately after the Canton Fair and had a return order a few months later. In 2021, we will continue to work together to provide them with the right shoes for them.
